Return or Exchange Process

We want you to love your Gitsu items! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Please note, a ₹100 return processing fee applies.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except if damaged, in which case we'll exchange them. All items, with the exception of earrings, must be returned in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories or tags. This ensures the item remains in pristine condition and eligible for return

If you have any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +919963746342 (11 AM - 6 PM IST) or email hello@thegitsu.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to your account, while COD refunds will be issued via NEFT (please provide bank details). Refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
